Who We Are
Wolff Construction is a committed family owned & operated local business. Stephen A. Wolff is a current United States Air Force Officer (Major) and combat veteran whose 20+ years of military service began on a day of historical significance, September 11, 2001. His diverse military background, coupled with his finance degree and local community involvement in Tulsa, shapes our company’s ethos. Stephen’s leadership roles in various Tulsa-based non-profit organizations reflects his deep commitment to community service and excellence. His wife Bailey (Hendrix) Wolff is a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of XRG Technologies, a global engineering & procurement firm that specializes in fired and unfired heat transfer equipment for the refining, petrochemical, and power markets. Bailey graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Her financial and commercial acumen drives the success of both XRG Technologies and Wolff Construction.
Origin Story
The concept of Wolff Construction was inspired during the construction of the Wolff family’s own home in 2021. It stemmed from a desire to offer the Tulsa community a superior custom home-building experience. Founded against the backdrop of a quantity-over-quality and profit-over-people industry norm, Wolff Construction is our answer to a growing need for a home-building experience that is both high-quality and customer-centric, underpinned by our values of Integrity, Transparency, and People-Over-Profit.
