As our CEO, Stephen’s extensive leadership experience and financial expertise set the tone for excellence at Wolff Construction. His passion for family, community service, outdoor adventures, and continuous learning reflects his dynamic, multifaceted personality. A decorated combat veteran with over 20 years in the military, Stephen brings a unique blend of discipline, leadership, and financial acumen to Wolff Construction. Stephen earned a Finance Degree from Oklahoma State University. Stephen’s journey from military service to homebuilding is fueled by his commitment to community and excellence. Stephen is an Eagle Scout and a United States Air Force Officer (Major) actively serving as the Budget Officer for the 138th Fighter Wing, Tulsa Air National Guard.
For nearly two decades, Stephen has served the Tulsa community in his leadership capacity and volunteering at several local non-profit organizations such as the Community Service Council (CSC), Child Abuse Network (CAN), The Pencil Box, Habitat for Humanity, and the Summit Club. Stephen & Bailey and their son Wylde reside in Midtown Tulsa. Stephen enjoys spending time with friends & family, hunting, backpacking, and traveling.

Meet our Chief Operating Officer, Bailey (Hendrix) Wolff. Bailey is the backbone of our operations. Most importantly, she keeps Stephen in-line. Her engineering background, attention to detail, and razor-sharp project management skills help ensure every project is on track and up to our high standards, insuring we are positioned to exceed your expectations. Bailey is a devoted wife and loving mother. She enjoys spending time with friends & family, cooking, playing tennis, and traveling.
